NEW: For the first time this 1-day remote training will take place in 2023!
In this 1-day remote training, our trainers Dr. Oliver Jöbstl and Ing. Gernot Freisinger, BSc, MA give you an insight into the thicket of digital possibilities, show you which opportunities are available, but also which risks are hidden. Participants will be shown in a concrete and practical manner how to develop and implement a digitization strategy based on the size of the company, the industry and the degree of maturity of digitization.
Topic of the training
Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Predictive Analytics, Data Science, Process Mining etc. as well as the technical possibilities of communication and networking offer enormous opportunities to significantly improve the quality of products and processes, to react faster and to hedge risks. The collection and evaluation of quality feedback plays a central role here.
In our working lives, we are increasingly confronted with complex digitalization issues and are sometimes unable to see the forest for the trees. Essentially, it is a matter of recognizing the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, Data Science, Process Mining, etc. in good time and using their technical possibilities in such a way that a usable and sustainable added value is created for our customers.
However, we are often already overwhelmed with the technical terms and, as decision-makers, are not in a position to communicate at eye level with the specialist personnel from the world of data processing and information technology.
Your benefit/highlight/special feature:
With the help of our tool, you will receive an initial assessment of your company’s digital maturity level in QM and you can already take the first improvement ideas from this training back to your company!
In addition, at the end of the training you will receive a free copy of our book: “The digital transformation of quality management”.
