In our Six Sigma Black Belt training in the Data Driven Problem Solving specialization, you will acquire the skills to solve complicated problems with the help of data analysis.
It is obvious to apply AI and machine learning methods to data-based problem solving methods such as Six Sigma or 8D. Since both in the production environment (e.g., inline process measurements) and in the administrative area (e.g., time stamps of SAP workflows) ever larger amounts of data accumulate, methods that are able to handle these data volumes are gaining in importance.
Using Six Sigma problem solving techniques, financially measurable process improvement projects of your company will be systematically implemented (focus on quality improvement).
