Dealing with complexity requires a new leadership style that has to be learned. In the Magic Leadership webinar, we present an easy-to-use process model called the MAGIC Cycle (Mind – Analyze – Generate – Implement – Continue). We explain the relevant success factors to be successful as a manager in complex situations.
In addition, we present what we believe to be the 10 most important management tools, share our own experiences and give practical tips for their correct use. The webinar is therefore intended for all managers who want to increase their effectiveness and ensure that everyone benefits: the company, the people and the managers.
We are also introducing our new “Magic Leadership” training, which will take place from March 19th to 21st 2024. The training ends with the “SuccessLeader” certificate. Each participant also receives a copy of our book and a workbook to develop and document the key findings and solutions in a systematic manner.
